I’m glad you’re here. I know first-hand how overwhelming finding a therapist can be. I am proud of you for taking this step towards growth and healing.
I am passionate about helping clients find their voice to put words to their unique experiences. I approach each session with compassionate curiosity to provide you with a safe space to show up as your most authentic self. I firmly believe that telling your story to an empathetic witness is the first step towards healing. My hope is that you feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted. I am enthusiastic about seeing my clients move towards health and healing. I consider it an honor and a privilege to support you throughout our work together.
When I’m not seeing clients you can find me crossing a new country off my bucket list, hiking, trying foods I can’t pronounce, or cheering on my alma mater, Auburn University.
I hold a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT) from Trevecca Nazarene University. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), License #1853 (TN) . I am a member of both the American Counseling Association and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
